Founder's message
Winners Career Academy, a competitive exam coaching centre in the educational hub of Davangere, was established in 2008 and has been functioning under the Kabbur Education Society (R.) since 2010. Over the past sixteen successful years, we have trained students for a wide range of competitive examinations including IAS, KAS, Banking, RRB, SSC, PSI, PDO, FDA, SDA, Police, K-CET, NEET, JEE, MBA, MCA, CAT, MAT and GMAT.
As a leading training institute in Central Karnataka, we have played a pivotal role in helping numerous aspirants achieve their career goals. We are an authorised institute guiding poor, backward and educationally deprived students free of charge. We are proud that hundreds of our alumni now serve as officers in various state government departments.
Our institution has experienced, highly skilled resource persons and permanent faculty, providing immense benefit to our students. We have introduced a 24/7 Digital Library, Winners Book House, Publications and Online Coaching to feed the intellectual hunger of our aspirants. In 2023, we proudly launched Winners First Grade College, offering integrated competitive exam coaching alongside degree programmes — a first of its kind in Central Karnataka.

The academy has been praised as a premier coaching institute in Central Karnataka. Founder Dr. Shivaraj Kallur, from a rural agricultural background, started the academy in 2008 with a ₹25,000 loan obtained by pledging his bike. Today it stands as an educational hub featuring a Delhi-style digital library, a publishing house and an integrated degree college, with a strong focus on uplifting rural students through free coaching and career guidance.
